2. Specifications 
 

2.1. By hiring my commission service, the client has the right to ask for anything he/she wants on the drawing (except items listed on 2.4 below). Check the price list and evaluate the options available, as well as my online portfolio on https://www.artstation.com/Izapug or  https://www.instagram.com/izapug/ to make sure my services and my artistic style is what you are looking for.

2.2. When hiring the artist services, please be specific when describing what you are looking for at your commission. Example: Which character do you want, in which pose do you want it to be illustrated, etc. If you have any other references, please let me know.

1. Objectives

​

1.1. Commissions are orders for the client's individual purposes.
If you are interested in hiring me for commercial purposes (examples: developing characters for games/animation, developing comics, creatures and/or character concepts, etc.), please send me an email or a private message on my instagram, since this price list does not apply to those services.

2.3. In case of dissatisfaction with the received draw AFTER finalization, the client will receive two more drawings of the same application. There may be some changes if necessary, but it is not possible to change the subject of the original commission. If none of the three previous designs please the client, he/she will have to pay an extra fee for me to redraw his/her commission again.

2.4. I don’t offer services for illustrations that express: sexual connotation (explicit or implicit), extreme violence, hate speech, racism, prejudice, any references to rape and similar, politics or religious themes.

3. Deadline

​

3.1. After paying for the commission, the client’s order will be added to my "to do list". Keep in mind that I will follow this list in order of contractors.

3.2. When I start your commission, my work go through the following steps:
 

  1. Research; 

  2. Concept Proposal; 

  3. Client’s First Considerations *; 

  4. Sketches; 

  5. Client’s Second Considerations *; 

  6. Production; 

  7. Client’s Final Considerations *;

  8. Finalization and Final Delivery.

* Changes and approval made by the clients. The project’s deadline is subject to change if clients do not make their considerations in time for the indicated steps.

3.3. In case of urgency in receiving the commission, please let me know by leaving a note upon your order, or by email or private message on social medias, explaining your situation. Your request will be evaluated and, depending on the case, I will try to prioritize it.

3.4. As soon as the payment is received, the commission will be in progress (respecting the “to do list” mentioned in item 3.1.).


If you accept these terms of service, I am at your disposal for any eventual agreement.
Keep in mind that these rules have been made to serve you better!
